Instruction of Choosing Radiator Caps
1. The numbers on the water tank cover refer to bar 0.5, 0.9, 1.1, 1.3, 1.5,2.0 etc., which are the pressure values inside the cooling system after the engine is warmed up;
2. When the pressure of the cooling system rises to this pressure value, the pressure valve of the water tank cover will relieve the pressure, allowing part of the high-temperature steam to enter the bottom of the cooling liquid of the auxiliary water tank through the side pipe of the water tank water inlet;
3. If the high-value water tank cover is replaced with a low-value water tank cover, the engine coolant will enter the auxiliary water tank in large quantities due to the low pressure of the water tank cover, and the coolant will decrease during the operation of the engine, resulting in high water temperature;
4. If the water tank cover with a low value is replaced with a water tank cover with a high value, the internal pressure of the cooling system will also increase due to the excessive pressure of the water tank cover during the operation of the engine, and it is easy to increase the internal pressure of the cooling system Leakage (leakage of water tank, leakage of water pipe interface, leakage of sealing cylinder gasket, etc.)
